Hi all newbies, I wanted to point out one important thing - to be successful with SEO and affiliate marketing you need to stick to your project for a minimum of couple months. SEO takes time, so do results. Below is quick scheme of how your SEO project could grow over longer period of time: Month 1 – you have a 10 page site and 20 incoming links. Site is indexed. First 50 visitors have arrived. Sales: 0. Commissions: $0-$100. Month 2 – you have 25 page site and 50 incoming links. You have passed the 250 visitors mark. Sales: 0-3. Commissions: $50 - $200 Month 3 – you have 50 page site and 200 incoming links. You have passed 500 visitors mark. Sales 1-5. Commissions: $100 - $300 Month 4 – you have 75 page site and 500 incoming links. You have received 2000+ visitors. Sales 5-10. Commissions: $300 - $1000 Month 5 – you have 100 page site and 1000 incoming links. You have received 4000+ visitors. Sales 20-50. Commissions: $1000 - $4000 Month 6 – you have 120 page site and 1500 incoming links. You have 7000 visitors. Sales 30-100. Commissions: $2000 - $10.000+ ... P.S. There is no doubt that the numbers will be different from niche to niche, but hopefully you get the point. The more you will put work in, the more you will get out.
