What to expect from Hosting Provider ?

    Hey Guys,

    What do think about responsibility of hosting provider ?

    *Responsibility from support, billing, from all point of view.

    *If hosting provider do not give any query resolution then what to do?

    *Is this necessary to have server in USA for better result.? (if hosting provider offer more price for USA server rather than other.)

    This are question in mind, help me to resolver it.

    Great question.

    A web hosting provider WHP

    Must provide
    - Provide support for clients or future clients within 12-24 hour period of time
    - Having a Toll Free Number and active live chat area is a plus
    - Have a managed server that is reliable and has a good track record
    - Never overcrowd their servers

    these are some of the points i can come up with for now
