    a guy from this forum may be cheat me (he done my half work and goes offline and i'm for him since 4days)

    Please tell what the next step i take , should i refund the money using paypal, or higher a lawyer to file case against him ?

    hor3tio take my wordpress job which posted here and due to i have some problem using paypal i go to my friend house and paid full amount of money to him before he start work. and the next day he tell me he done his work but i need some modification so tell him but during our chat he goes offline (August 9) and after that he not coming in yahoo or dp , so what i do,

    i don't have any clue he cheat me or have isp problem so cant come online.

    Still my site in under construction

    I see his feed back score all members left positive score here it is http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=506337 but i don't know why he cheated you ?....

    Either wait for him for few more days may be he have any problem if no one is saying anything against him and if he still do not come back then you have to suffer i guess if you don't know him much.
