I have up to $50 000 to invest and last 6+ months I searching for good site to buy but here and on sitepoint I can`t find good site and look like people selling only sites with bad earning, with problems etc. Do you have some ideas where I can invest this money or do you know for some very good site on sell? I don`t thinking that I can back this money in one month or in 6 months, I only need to buy or start some good site/business but I can`t find good site on sell and also I don`t have good idea for new site... Thanks.
Buy a shared hosting account within 100$/year.... Then do something on it... Like a blog about your interested things, an article directory, some sites with free/open source scripts etc. (www.opensourcescripts.com) have hundreds of open source scripts... What I am saying is, just start any thing on internet... When you start playing with it, you will get ideas... Soon you will find your own way....
Well if you have servers and $5000 you can try out many different ways. 1. You could start an ecommerce site 2. Start a proxy network (ive done this and so far my network consists of only 4 proxies and im getting $5/day with hardly no promoting 3. Start an adult site 4. Buy a website already earning You can do litterally anything with your budget.

I wouldn't look to spend any of it. Yes , start a blog cheaply but find the idea then the money . Generally money to idea projects don't work unless you invest in someone else looking for investment. I would sit on it until comfortable about making a decision myself.
How much experience do you have with online money making ventures? If minimal, I would wait before spending most of the money.
I suggest you don't give up on finding and buying already established web site. It will make your life easier and if you act smart will make you more money in the long run.

Yeah I am in the same boat. Try investing in the stock market with some of that and look for small (10k range) sites that have proven income and require little work (i.e. people buying a product).
Well if you have so much then invest in gold and if you get any good idea which is particular by which you think that you can earn huge then go with it. You could have invested all these 50,000 in gold coins. You have wasted your 6 months, and you know what could happen with those figures...
Would be my vote to. Look at something that is popular and new and then build on it. The newest phase and if I had the money like you do would find a company that professionally builds web sites. Blogging has been a MAJOR success but things are going to be changing with a new thing called Vlogging Video blogging. I dont think it will be your 30 + year old people doing this but instead your low 20's and teens that will be vlogging. A teen hip easy to use and manage vlog site is in demand yet no ones built one just for that purpose. You have sites like youtube and myspace but everything mild. A Vlogging only site where people can video their life and share it with their friends and family is key and i believe younger people who have grown up with this technology of cameras that fit on your finger to video recorders that fit in your palm already are documenting their lives and the things they do day in and day out. Trips, popular places, out with their pet, random cool things caught on video by them. THERE IS A HUGE market for this in my eyes. Like i said before If only I had the money to build a honest well scripted custom site Hope this post gets your mind set into the right direction and thinking. If you use it and make some big bucks make sure you pass some my way lol
Dont invest in website unless you really know the niche and understand how it get traffic etc. You can easily loose your money otherwise.
x-man, I would stick with a niche that I am familiar with, your best bet is something that is going to be fun for you to do but at the same time bring you some profits in the long run. I would recommend that you start you own site, you seem to already have your server, why not just find a domain or register one that you think would best fit your overall idea. I know you want any legal niche but again something that you will enjoy in the long run will probably be more of a benefit to and your future profits, plus you'll put more work into it. be cautious because you could spend it all with no profit.
You could always just give the money to me. But to echo what everyone else has said: It's probably better to just start everything on your own and go from there.
