What to do with this laptop?

i got a laptop with the specs:

128MB Shared Intel Video card

I am currently using this laptop and its kind of slow...

If i want to sell this laptop how much would i sell it for?

If i want to upgrade, what should i upgrade so it atleast can play some high graphics games?

Pretty much all you can do with that piece is basic applications like web surfing and word processor. For advanced gaming and fast loading of decent applications.. I recommend you get a laptop atleast for $1,000... Good Exaple spec would be something like this...

iNTEL Dual Core pocessor 1.? or 2.? its up to you
1024 Mb RAM
ATI Radeon Express graphics or Nvidia (Both Are Sufficient)
High Resolution Screen

You current comp is worth about $450 lol

Use it as a boat anchor

 

smash it to pieces and claim on your home insurance m8 you will be able to get a nice new high spec one then

 

Install puppy linux on it and you will see how fast your laptop can be

if you dont need it then sell it on ebay or give it to a charity organisation lol (well i know the first option is probably the best)
