What to do with this domain

I bought www.clothingcompanies.net, in my opinion a pretty good domain. But I'm not sure what to do with it, suggestions?

 

Sounds like it would make a good affiliate program site.

 

I thought about that, but I'm very new to affiliate marketing. Thanks for the suggestion.

 

This can be a sound business model for you!

- Create a directory which list most of the clothing companies in your area.
- provide detailed informations to member area where member can access all the details needed to do business with them

Ask a small fees to view the details and register the clothing companies for free. You can also add nice articles or news about the clothing industry so that buyer and sellers are well informed.

the domain name is good and will work! IMO

 

Hobbit2, I think you shouldnt let the domain go. It has huge potential and theres so much you can do with this domain. Start looking at some competitor sites, and get ideas with what you can do. Get some site developed and start adding content and pages to it regularly. You can even expand it to a larger site, by not restricting to the local companies. Sign up with CJ and add affiliate links and banners and products to the site. You should be doing well..

 

As you can see, you can also sell it. People is seeing a business oportunity with it.

 

You can run a web directory / links of all the cloth companies. If you have more time then you can also categorize and index them based on region/country/city etc.,

Get s CJ account. And start making money from it. I think this domain name is good for affiliate sites for clothing and accessories.

 

run a clothing trade portal like alibaba.com . You can list clothing companies, modeling shows, and anything else that speaks fashion for wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and hustlers. And as you know there's always a "but", it will require alot of time and research.

 

Build a virtual mall.

Sketch a site resembling a real one, with clickable shop images corresponding to your affiliates, whether joining to an affiliate network such as Shareasale, Linkshare, etc, or individual clothing affiliate programs.

 

Well I basically created a blog, and I'm going to review products, and include affiliate links. I'll also charge underground companies for a review.
