What to do with this dispute

    Hey
Today I got a dispute from a reverse payment. 3 days ago, I sold a digital product for DP member. Now that payment was reversed and opened a dispute for me. When I try to resolve it, It asks shipping address every time. Since it was an ebook, I don't know the buyer address. When I contacted with the buyer, He said the account has limited and all payments reversed.

What to do with this dispute? Even I can't issue a refund. Will it be a problem for my paypal account. Because I can't respond, since I don't know about the shipping address.

P.s: When I ask about the shipping address from the buyer, He doesn't give it

Please someone tell the procedure to solve this happen,
    Thanks

In shipping address, mention it as "digital delivery". Also save screenshots, sometimes it works. Best of luck!!

Just call paypal and let them know of this issue that this transaction related to ebook so you can't provide shipping address for the same. They will surely help you in this.

You would do well to send Paypal, the copy of the pre-deal conversation that you might have had, with your buyer in support of your case. It would be really helpful in establishing the deal to be genuine..from your side.

Anyway this won't be a problem form me. Buyer told me that he didn't open it and paypal have limited the account. So they may hold all transactions that paypal account. I don't care about that small penny :p
Anyway I sent a email regarding this from paypal help.

If you can't resolve the issue or get through to their thick skulls via email, I would phone Paypal and actually speak to someone. At least you'll be getting through to a human being who has the power to use his/her brain.

    All the best,

    Russ.

The best option is to call them and tell the whole situation. That works in 90 % cases.

Finally It was completed. Actually that paypal user has a lot problems with his accounts. I also noticed he has too many negative itrades at DP. So he may have many disputes from buyers, when he sent money to my account. I also got trouble. This is a good lesson to deal with good members at DP. I never mind about that refund. It was a $10 one.

    Thanks
