What to do with researched keywords/phrases???

    I have about 150 keywords and phrases.
    Just not sure what to do with them. hah

    So far i've
    -listed them in my keyword meta tag
    -incorporated them into posts

    Now I'm not sure what else to do. Anyone have some tips?

    use them to create pages. each page should only have a few, not all 150. then link to those pages using the same keywords.

    it is good to know that you have well-researched keywords for your site/content. It would help a lot if you create many UNIQUE contents/articles and post them to high quality sites. Include one to three keywords in each article when submitting to these sites.

    Doing the keyword research itself is not enough! It is only the first step. Now you have to optimize those keywords, so that your website starts to get traffic.
