What to do with people who rip your sites?

    I found this guy probably a marketer who is ripping pingoat's design and in the same time doing competition for the same service.

    What legal actions are possible against this dude?

    They should be able to get the site kicked off by the host, and removed from Google. That would be the simple way to do it without getting into a complicated legal battle.

    Yeah, start with their hosting company. That should negate the need to report to Google.

    abuse@host start there then you can go to dnsstuff and get more info from there

    I hate seeing rip off sites like that. It really pisses me off. I hope that sites that get ripped off get there due traffic.
