I have so many ideas both products, services and websites and i dont know what to do, where do i start. I dont have a lot of cash. is there anyway i can protect my ideas with spending money on a patent? are there companies out there that would partner or take on my idea with no patents but the ideas themselves? Thanks
Patents cost $180,000ish dollars and still someone can take your idea and put a cherry on top and its a new idea. If you have a good idea and are confident that it will be worth while then most people will start the site alone, buy the domain, etc and once its been running and has a little google search power they will get an investor as this is secure for you considering you own a running domain.
I would first develop those ideas, then, iw ould try and get investors, there are many companys eagerly waiting to invest in upcoming sites, but you need to have what is needed, in order for them to invest.
i think my main problem is i dont know where to begin...which idea and what the first steps are of starting a business.. register the business? make business plan? patent? i just dont know what to do
This is very worrying!... You always plan first... without having a clue what your ideas are it would be near impossible to advise you. Only you know what you have in mind, how you go about it is up to you, just take one step at a time and don't try and get rich overnight! If it takes ten years then so be it.. Plan for your future.
You have ideas? Why don't you write them out and make websites out of them? It sounds to me you're seeking help with your ideas.
Same, there is no point in trying to do all your ideas at once because you will become overwhelmed by work and the you won't be motivated to do any. Just focus on 1, make it work and then move on to the next.
An Idea is worthless if you are not taking action on it! As the time passes by you may find that someone else is working on the same idea and at that point of time you will feel cheated. Action speaks better then words, so try to transform your ideas into reality and you will find yourself going with the wind, don't wait for some investor to come and knock at your door and ask you to share your idea with him for $$$ because, its not going to happen
Not many just take ideas, you need prototypes, drawups and the works written down. An idea is just an idea but find a trustworthy business partner and keep working towards your goal product.
