What to do with my blog :)

I have just started my own blog. this is my first ever website.
i am not sure yet what to blog about heh, but i would like
to make money *Dont we all*

yes i have heard about adsense but i had trouble implementing it with my blog and it actuely looking nice heh.

 

My advice: don't start blogging to make money. Start blogging on a subject you like.

Yes i do agree with Xpsave.But after geeting 200/300 unique visitors per day,U can sell some links in your side bar(on monthly bases...so some income can be assured)

 

Thanks for the quick replys! i will try it out blogging about something i love and getting a good userbase then adding either ads or somthing else.!

 

Ya....and keep pumping in content regularly. I know thats the hard bit, but that will help you get a PR at the next update.
(I am assuming that you do not want to hire writers)

 

just write some content where others find helpful. Believe it it is not that easy to regularly blog. I found it difficult.

 

i just posted some more content i dont need any writers at the moment thank you sovver w.

 

Try to get some traffic to it by writing quality posts and do some linkbuilding in the menatime.

 

then apply for paid review job like payperpost , sponsored review etc ..good luck

 

As the other said. worry more about building good content and traffic and write on a subject you have a passion for or you will soon lose interest. Once you build good traffic and great content, make sure you update often. At that point, you can start to worry about making money. Adsense, selling links and affiliates like Commission Junction are all ways to make money with blogs. Also selling blog post can earn a little cash. If you are planning to make a living off it, forget it, that is rare. Have fun and you can earn some extra cash!

just look 50 other related blogs , compare with yours, see what things u can implement.
try to be better then the rest.

 

Blog about whatever your passion is. Think about things you talk about daily or things that people always come to you for advice.

 

write about anything where u know many things..and have interest in...then write reviews for TLA and others using your referal linkl...then after getting some 100 uniques monetize

 

Google Adsense, Yahoo Publisher, Bidvertisers, are some pay per click ads that you could put on your site.

Find products at clickbank that are related to the topic that you are focusing on. Apply to be an affiliate.

Having monetizing tools, you would have to work a lot on SEO, marketing and promotion, to get a lot of traffic and possible sales.

My tip would be to focus on your page rank, attaining a high spot at major search engines would bring you more TARGETED traffic.
