By mistake I signed for Google Wave since I misunderstood it as something like twitter. It seems very confusing to me. Can someone tell me the use or what should i do? All the emails their are looking like What's this Google Wave? Is it like Twitter?
Google wave is more of a collaborative tool used to invite people to discuss and work on a single project idea. Not much good for SEO SEM from what i could see
