What To Do With Google Image Traffic

Image traffic is the next big thing

 

and why do you say so??

it is totally useless

 

I don't see it as useless.

 

Its useful though its not that useful cause it only sees the image in your site not your whole site. I have a blog and most of the traffics are from images, worst is, the bounce rate is bad. They stay long in my blog.

 

the ONLY use is that it helps your VISIT NUMBER to go high

else no fixed readership..no ad clicks...nothing

it brings in NOTHING!!

 

It brings to some. Every traffic is good. Some are pretty good at converting image traffic. Even in this thread there were couple of good suggestions how to use it !

I get some image traffic on some of my sites, I don't really do much with it though. It's low quality traffic
I think there's something oyu could do with .htaccess so that when they click through to view the image on it's own, you can rewrite it to a page which will benefit you in some way?
I don't know about selling them stuff, a lot of image searchers are school kids finding stuff for projects, and their not going to buy anything.
Disabling hotlinking is a bonus, though.

 

a simple way to help is to put your logo on the image somewhere - most likely the image is going to be posted on a forum or something so will increase the advertising of your website.

 

That's not true. It brings ad clicks, just significantly less ad clicks than normal search.
