What to do with established domain?

I have a nice domain name which I was using for a forum last year. Since the forum died and it's populated by bots nowadays, I've just set up a 301 to another site for now. I was wondering if there was any other use I could get out of it?

It has a few backlinks, nothing special. But 33k pages indexed in Google. Surely that's worth something?

Your options would be to redevelop it, sell it, , trade it for something else, or lease it. That's the only other things I can think of for a use.

If it still gets any traffic I would park it and at least try to get your renewal or registration fees back.

You can sell it. If it has pretty lots of traffic then lots of people doing online business will be interested on it.
