If you sell after promoted these domains, you will get more profit.

Park them if you have not done so already. Even a click here and there adds up over time.

If you have time it is good to develop them. But if time is limited and you have higher priority projects, sell them if you need some extra $. Hold onto good names though. Value increases every year. :)

    Here are your options:

    1. Park It
    2. Sell It
    3. Develop It

In the end of the day, it's up to you what your plans are for those domains.

Keep the good names for now and try to add some content when you have time. Even RSS feed converted to html will do.

depends on the domain names... sell, cash park, develop, (even lease the domain...if the domain name is a excellent one) loads of options
if you specify the domain names can give better ideas to suit individual domain

You can either park them or make minisites on 'em. That should cover the fees. Of course, the best thing would be to develop them.

    1. Parking is an option only if the yearly revenue is bigger than the domain renewal fee.

    2. If the domain name contains a good keyword at least, consider developing, bringing traffic, and sell only after you get proof of some revenue.

    3. If the domains are really poor and can't generate traffic and revenue even if developed, consider selling for a bulk price. Minimize the loss. Yeah, I know it's hard to part with some of the domain names, but better gain $2 than renew for much more and still getting no revenue.

Many way, park, park and wait for offer, or develop. But if you want to develop look around you, are you have good potential for develop? If not just park and wait the offer

Three options, as I see it.

    Park them,
Develop them, run them for a bit, get a good Alexa and PR, and sell.
    Or just sell.
