What to do with domains

I purchased a group of pre-made websites that came with domain names. I was contacted by the organization that has a key part of the domain name trademarked and they asked that I stop using the name. I have complied but still "own" these domains.

What can/should I do with the domain names? I have them registered for multiple years.

You could ask the company if they want to buy them. Other than that i do not think you can do much with them unless you are willing ot have legal battle over trademark.

    Hold it until it expires.

Do not try to sell it to some unsuspecting person without disclosing the issue.

I am holding a name in that category. I even stupidly let it auto-renew when I meant to let it expire. Now I just have to hold it another year.

Do bother trying to sell them to the company - it will not be worth the few bucks - and has the potential to cause you increased liability.

Do some research to see if the trademark is really genine and when did they register it, cauese if ur name/site was made before them, u might be able to shut them down. but i doubt so, just my 2 cents
