What to do with domain

    as many of you know i own www.1stchoicesearch.com

    i have just purchased the .co.uk extension of the domain

    Now do i redirect it to the .com or

    start a fresh directory with the same look but market it for the uk only

    ideas welcome

    i would start a fresh directory
    you could link to it via your uk cats in the main dir also
    means you have another site to offer submitters rather than just a redirected domain..imo course heh

    I would say tweak the existing template to include some UK related imagery, like the flag.

    You might find that you get a good ROI by charging in £'s rather than $'s.

    I would keep the template fairly similar, to create branding for yourself, but much like mistermix mentions, a bit of tweaking here and there that really says UK .

    If you got a .co.uk, make it pay, always use it as a niche for the country it represents, I found that can even help with adsense, don't ask me why I just know a few mates who have .co.uk domains and lots of .com's and the .co.uk's seem to pay more.

    Something like that, the 'UK' looks too out of place. Maybe you could put a small uk flag somewhere on the site too.

    UK sites do pay more on adsense. I think its just a curreny thing and the price of products is higher in general in the uk.

    took me 4 hrs to set up and manually add the cats,change the logo and other bits and bats
