    i'd spend it on PCC for a couple of weeks (around $500) and the rest on link building from relevant sources. this is the best way to kickstart a new website.

    Adwords might be a good investment, ofcourse you have to make sure that your page is optimised to reduce your CPC

    300 day old post but whatever... I would honestly just put that in the bank for a rainy day because honestly you will gain far more experience from starting with no money at all and building up your traffic from nothing! but if you really felt you had to spend it then I would buy a few books off of amazon.
