    what you will do if you have $50k?

    I want to know you plan, it could be getting married, take online biz to next level, buy property or anything.

    There would only be $25,000 after the government takes their share. ;)

    I would get a place to stay. Buy a new laptop. Probably in a gated community with no power outages. Nobody is going to visit me anyway.

    The rest of the money will be put it in a high-dividend stocks and combination of bonds.

    Then maybe I can live off the money from those two things but that's unlikely.

    Keep all of your money liquid, and flip contracts until you have more capital built up to buy something really great free and clear that will make a decent true residual income for you. :)

    actually that is what I am thinking about, and I spend some time to learn as much as many people I know about real estate.

    Malaysia bank borrowing financing is totally different from USA, their is wise to choice whether or not you able to repay them back.

    sorry vitabion, I would not consider it as now spend it for holiday. I would rather build more passive income first, when it keep come in. Once then I will go holiday.
