What to do with 30 bucks on a Walmart pre-paid Visa

I have a Walmart pre-paid Visa card with 30 bucks on it. I was thinking of going with Exactseek's 12 dollar a month deal, but then I read a bunch of bad reviews about them and so I've changed my mind. Does anybody have any ideas where I can spend this 30 dollars and actually have it be beneficial for me?

 

I would use it to buy backlinks to my site or pay somebody to write articles or post articles.

 

Do you have a recommendation for a site to buy backlinks, or would you recommend private exchanges?
