$20 is not to much money to lose, but it is a decent amount of money that will get you a little something. I want to start my paid marketing with $20. What do you recommend I do in order to get more gamers to my site, with $20?
I saw an article once where a guy said he had a $200 budget with each site he put up. He would, if I recall, spend it mostly on Google keyword ads. Admittedly, I have tried the Google stuff with a retail site and it was not cost effective. So, in summary, I dunno what you should do with $20.
Well with $20 you could get alot of signature space on I few really active sites I know. You could also look for sites selling banner space and buy it.
You can buy an advertisement from some other site similar to yours. In $20 you might get a months ad on some site which is not too popular, but has registered members who come back often. Try to find some entertainment sites like social net, some video/music site etc... That's all I can think of. regards
With $20, I would make sure I bought a couple pounds of coffee so I could stay up all hours of the night blogging, article marketing, posting in relevant forums, posting in free ad sites, submitting to search engines and directories, etc .... Then when sales come in, I would buy more coffee and repeat my free marketing tactics. As more sales come in, I would begin seeking out quality paid advertising resources while continuing to use the free marketing strategies. Like it says on your shampoo bottle: rinse, lather, repeat.
Exactly the right idea I would go for a cake and coffee and at least one hour far from my computer to gather strength for the next posting round
Gamers eh ? Well if I remember right, gamers like to win. I think they like to win stuff even more than they like to win. Surely there's a way you can get ahold of something to give away for free, then use the $20 to ship the prize to the winner. The contest could be, who gets the most people to enter the contest ?
Start off a blogspot blog and buy a custom domain with that money and write some decent articles...and drive traffic to your site... and you can make big $$
I'd say use that money to hire writers to write articles for your site. You could use that money to register good .info domains and re-sale them for more money.
