I did a search the other day and saw a half dozen sites using one of my articles without any back link or attribution. This goes against the TOS of Ezine but they don't/cant do anything. I went to the site and there was no contact info. It is a wordpress hosted site, should I contact them? Thanks
This has not happened to me (that I know of), but another marketer had this happen to them and they contacted the web host and told them that the person was violating Ezine's terms of service. The person who was using the articles had to remove them from their site or add the author signature.
Contact the site owner and ask them to remove.If not worked then File some DMCA complaint and make the website down.
Here is an example of what i mean. The person who owns this site took content of mine and spun it ( it reads as if a computer wrote it/it makes no sense) then put it on their site. http://bestliposuctions.com/information-on-liposuction-nyc-offices.html When I click on the "contact us" its a dead page? I emailed the address found on the privacy policy but have had no response.
