What to do when people use your articles but don't give you credit?

Hello I have been article writing for a few months now and have an Ezine author account etc etc. To find who's used my articles online I'll search in Google for the title of the article in commas. For example. For example my most recent one is "Launch of Mobile Phone Recycling Comparison Site". I have found that some people are using these on their site but not keeping the hyperlinks intact

I know that in order to use other peoples content/articles you must keep the links or resource box content intact. That is the whole point in being able to use them right!!? So what to do when someone is using your articles on their site but not keeping the hyperlinks intact or including the resource box links?

Here's a typical example xmyz.com.ru/2009/11/29/launch-of-mobile-phone-recycling-comparison-site/ (not making it clickable, not giving them credit)

What would you, as an article marketeer do or are you supposed to do when this happens? It kinda defeats the purpose of all my hard work and it's damned right cheeky! Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Report using the site and if they do not remove give them threat to DMCA and Adsense reporting. They would eventually take it off or add the link.

Thanks I've left a comment on their site where the article is and mentioned that and gave them a chance to update it but they don't have any other contact options. Although I've done a whois on the domain and managed to get some contact details and an email address from that also. I've bookmarked the link and will check it in a day or so. If there is no change I'll use the contact details from the whois results to send an email. If there is still no update or response I will definitely be reporting them to DMCA and Adsense because I am fed up with people doing this with my articles. Any more advice you have to offer about how to report people to DMCA and Adsense because of article plaguarism would be appreciated thanks.
