Whats the best course of action to take when you have ordered some services from members of this board who haven't delivered?I have paid for one lot from one member, and half paid for the other, from a different member and have not gotten what I was promised. In fact I have gotten nothing yet.I payed through Paypal.
I have pmed the them both numerous times and the latest ones were both read but not replied to.My patience is running out.

I'm out of pocket $250 in all, money I have worked hard for,and can't afford to lose it. :(

What kind of services, and how long has it been since you PMed them? Anything over $50 I only pay to members with a good rep or use escrow.com.

I am sorry to hear this :( Good luck with everything I don't know what to tell you. Paypal is less than helpful in these matters from my experience. Hopefully it will work out and you get what you need. Nothing I hate more than a scammer.

Name and shame the member accompanied with supporting evidence, pm's etc. Other than that, there is not alot you can do. I only use people with lots of green jelly.

Sorry to hear so. Check out whether they have dealt with other members on this board too. Contact them and find out whether they have been duped too or probably they can give you some more info about them. Hope that helps.

I have pmed them numerous time, some answered with "on its way, nearly there" etc, some not answered.

Both were online yesterday both have read the pms.The services/goods I ordered are way,way overdue from the promised completion date.

That's the problem with long-distance business. You can't barge into their office and demand payment.

I recently made an online "deal" with someone who agreed to pay me for work done. I sent them a license agreement (pretty strict; I have lawyer friends) and never heard back. They've stopped responding to my e-mails. Ugh. Luckily I didn't deliver the goods before the abyss of silence. Oh well.
