What to do when domain owner won't contact you...

I am in need of some help trying to get a domain out the hands of someone else and have just about ran out of options. Here is what I have tried already listed below. The name of the domain is pinswap.com

1: I have emailed the domain owner numerous times - no reply.

2: I have tried to bid on the domain from sedo.

3: I have tried contacting the domain registrant...

I am just about to give up on getting this domain. The person who owns it seems to be very ignorant about giving up the domain name... Any suggestions..

Just let it go. Either the guy selling the domain is dead or he's not a motivated seller, so just move on like you are thinking about doing.

Try to find the guy's phone number and call him directly.Tell him how much you are willing to pay for it.Sometimes,
they just want to wait for a higher price,so you should also have some skill to negotiate with him.In the case that
you even can't get access to him,the best way is giving up.And try to find another more suitable domain.

On contrary, if it is on SEDO it is for sale.
However, quite often when the domain changes the owner, SEDO keeps the old record of the former ownership, so maybe the domain is not for sale and it is supposed to be removed from SEDO.
If the owner does not respond for bids, you can contact SEDO and explain the situation.

Its still in auction i think just put forth a good bid, surely he will respond or use get it for me option in sedo and also godaddy they both are established in negotiating prices, surely they will fix a price for the domain but beware of the commission that you are going to pay.

This is the contact info of the present owner
    http://whois.domaintools.com/pinswap.com
It seems he is in California and you are in New York so you can better make a cal and try to negotiate.

Simple. Move on, the owner obviously doesn't want to sell.

It always happens, if seller doesn't wants to sell, you have no choice, let it go. Or note it, try it later.

Perhaps you can bid high enough (thousands) on Sedo to wake him up? Did you low ball?

The owner of the domain that is on SEDO has to answer ALL the offers he receives.
He can cancel the negotiations, or state counter-offer, or else, anyway
he is obliged to react anyhow.

Did you make him an offer? If so perhaps your offer was too low?

From what I see on the landing page

"The domain pinswap.com may be for sale by its owner"

Sedo does not even confirm it is for sale or not. Whether the owner wants to sell depends on him and it is a free market willing buyers and willing sellers. If he does not reply, two things, make him an offer he cannot resist or stop bothering him.

if the previous owner of that domain placed that domain for sale with sedo you can see that notice in domain tools :)

but probably new owner may not know abt sedo listing if he have sedo account and he add that domain he can control the listing

that is nothing to do with sedo listings

you can even list sites inn sedo that you even don't own becuase they may not have added previously.
