I have expirienced the same with NetAffiliation, they take loads of time to pay and confirm earnings. Best thing to do is to spread the word about their bad payment politics. Thats what i have done and some months later i got an email from the affiliate telling me that everithing will be paid, the actually paid part of the earning, still waiting for the remain amount of money the own me.
