What to do when Adsnese EPC drops significantly

Lets say i observe a sharp drop in my earnings per click that lasts about a week by now.. Are there any actions I can take to improve that ??

 

try to make your content more keyword rich,or a higher ctr template,

 

Try to find out the rootcause before do anything. Without the rootcause, you cant solve the problem and this problem will come again and again...this is never ending story.

 

epc depends on the click + how much the niche pays, so you cant influence it, since advertiserers determine their price, often US clicks pay more that indian or something, get more us visitors and increase your ctr

 

I don't know, but I've noticed the same thing. I sure wish I could ban those ads which only pay me $0.01 because they're not worth having on my site and they seem to be all I'm getting on one of my blogs for the last week.

 

my EPC dropped - 10 times

its running like that for a week...

the previous average EPC i had for almost 5 months

EPC will drop significantly if AdWord advertisers pull their ads from your site or the demand for your site for AdWords placement drops significantly. During economic bad time, many advertisers are pulling their ads from content networks and concentrating on the search networks only with limited budget. Content networks CTR is always lower than search network CTR.

 

I will live it as it is right now.. will see if everything will get back to normal.. later will start making changes
