    OKAY HERE GOES. FIRST NEVER BE SO DESPERATE TO SETTLE FOR NO MONEY DOWN, SO HALF THE BLAME IS ON YOU. NOW WITH THE JERK, I AM SURE YOU KNOW HIS WEBSITE PROVIDER (WHO IS) WILL TELL. CONTACT THEM AND DEMAND ACTION, AS THEY DO NOT WANT A BAD REPUTATION. Have three of your friends at later stages do the same. The host provide may go so far as to pull the website, just as they do with spammers. I USUALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, BUT IF THEY LIE FIRST AND CHEAT, YOU DO THE SAME. In case you do not know Police are the greatest liars in this world we live in. (I have some in the family).

    DO IT AGAIN, AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY. YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPTED THAT ORDER, NO MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE FROM. IF YOU ARE SO DESPERATE GO TO ODESK, OR UPGRADE YOUR SKILLS.

    I still say, charge back if you can though. Who it is does not matter. He did not deliver so you should not have to pay.
    Whether its $20 or $200 does not matter it is the principle of the thing.

    None of use would ever take a job for those unreasonable prehistoric rates. Please the person you are referring to is a write, and above your level.

    You are one of the greedy corrupted that are being eliminated here. I have no sympathy. Why did you not go to Odesk, if you want cheap. Any smart business person knows that cheap means far lower results. The internet is full of crap. What is your website, I would love to post a review of it.

    YOU ARE THE ONE CAUSING THE PROBLEM, rewrite at kitty litter price, no way.
