What to do when a site doesn't run our ads?

    We put $50 onto clubchopper.com to run a test campaign and they have done nothing with our ads.
    What are we supposed to do, to either get our money back or get the ads to run?

    Is there a more appropriate venue for this type of support?

    If they are just sitting as pending approval, you could PM/email the site owner... maybe they just haven't noticed or something (we already send them an email if they have new ads to review)...
