what to do when a person gives you a bad itrader for nothing?

    I offer hosting, and pretty good hosting at that. Some newbie (7 posts, 0 itraders) bought hosting from me, and he had been using it for about a week, when out of the blue, he sent me this PM:

    u fucking dick:mad: wtf happened to the hosting! SCAMMER now ima ruin yo reputation​

    he never sent a ticket to our support staff, nor did he PM me about what happened. hell, we may have just had a hour down time or something. So what do I do to get this bad itrader off? would the mods beleive me? I have been active for over a year, and I never do anything bad here.

    Report the itrader or PM a mod and hope you get it removed.

    I don't think they get involved with this type of thing

    It really sucks when someone does something like that, where they trying to get a refund or something?

    Its their job. I usually PM smyrl as shes a hard worker. Or I give the buffalo a call on IM.

    Even i have received 2 negative itraders in a past but i contacted Crazy_Rob and he removed it.

    Then the iTrader was for a legit trade and not left fraudulently (per DP rules).
