What to Do - Paid Posters Or Should Wait

The development of the information society and the widespread diffusion of information technology give rise to new opportunities for learning and online discussions. At the same time, they challenge established views and practices regarding how teaching and learning should be organized and carried out. I have started a new forum based on this point of View, but it seems to me that I am not getting enough visitors, As per this post here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1064481 this DP member is offering to pay if user post in forum.... Should I do this?, Should I hire posters or not, in my view hiring forum posters will be a bit kind of corruption.

But I haven't started the forum for earning its just a small step towards free online discussion community as the name explains. Please advice what should I do about this issue.
Please note (I am not not marketing my forum, there is only one purpose of this post is to get a sincere advice)

    Thanks, Regards, David

Hiring posters doesn't really help you in the long term. Once you stop paying them, they leave so it doesn't accomplish. Invest money in adwords to get real users and real posters who are actually interested in what you have to offer.

Then no, you shouldn't. Unless you want to feel guilty later.

I used to think the same way when I was younger. I've grown to look at it as no different than a newspaper or magazine hiring journalists to write a column in their publication in recent years though.
