Give them more links on sites that are already indexed. Then google will find your site more often.

15-20 days is very bad...try submitting the articles so some major bookmarking services. If that doesn't help, try getting some good links to your site ( and internal links too )

Get links from high PR sites and pages that are crawled constantly.

Social media sites are generally indexed regularly by search engines. So by placing your website URL on social sites, search engines spiders can discover your URL very quickly and index your new website.

I think you should pay more attention towards your internal link structure. Ideally, one should have all the pages interlinked with each other. Also, you should have links in your pages directing to other pages.
This makes easy for Google to reach and index all the pages of your website though they are deep in to the category.
However, sitemap.xml submission, robots.txt and other things are also important to make the search engines aware of the change in content of any pages, addition or deletion of pages etc.

As my opinion, get more back links.. submit your website into the other relevant website and get back links....
also one thing you can make a blog and post a fresh content on it and make a ping on it....
