Looking for some ideas to start other sites.

Any advice on what web sites are worth creating?

Looking at free Real Estate Sell your home for free ( anyone know of free open source php code to use?)
Another idea is a Free Jobs Wanted or List a Job ( anyone know of free open source php code to use?)
Maybe a Free Game Site...?

Will run adsense on the site to cover cost as usual. Just looking for some good ideas. We dont mind what we run but it needs to add to our users experience from our other sites.
