With blogging and the availability of rss feeds, you basically have to accept that your content may be copied onto other sites. A lot of the time there isn't much you can do about it. In this case, you may still want to report the issue to Google through Google Webmaster Tools. In the meantime you should take advantage of this situation and include more internal links in your posts. That way, he will end up helping your own blog's rankings.

You may also want to work at building more quality backlinks so that you can easily outrank the counterfeit blog.

Yea contact the person, and tell them if they dont remove it you will ummmmm do something :D

There is a really cool trick to gain a link at least when people are stealing your content. It is a javascript app that i dont remember the link to offhand.... :(

Well actually it is not allowed to copy rss feeds.. But what can you do - send him to court?
Try to email him saying you dont want stuff to be stolen.
There is also another neat trick ;)
    1. Check times when he publishes your articles - its probably with cron job [really i dont have time to check both the links]
    2. 5 minutes before his post simply write something vulgar on your site so that he fetches it
    3. refresh his site till you see it visible
    4. delate from your site
    5. repeat ;)

    How old is your domain?

Same thing happened to me. Unknown guy copied whole content from me and pasted in his site. When i mailed him, he replied that he copied from another blog from where he taken permission. Actually he created a blog where he pasted whole my content.
In this situation i dont have idea on how to tackle these guys. I haven't taken any -ive steps on copycats.
With in a week google deindex all posts who copied from my sites. Again i reached to my old ranking position.

Google is not a simple algorithm to give higher ranking position for duplicate content. But it takes time to eliminate those articles..
If you still have doubt then ask yourself that why ezine tops for most of the keywords but not other article directories..

There's seemingly not a lot that you can do, but Google will deindex the posts, and so eventually you will retain your old rank position.

If you felt that it's totally annoying, you can issue a DCMA complaint.

I do not mind people using content from my rss feed from my blog because my rss feed is show as a excerpt so only a few lines from each of my posts show up on other peoples blogs. This gives me a good backlink! :)

Is he crediting to your blog ? Even if person is crediting to your blog but you don't want it on his/her blog then just email the person to remove the content. There is nothing much you can do about it if you don't hold copyrights to your content. Or what about joint venture. (give it a try)

Why not put your name and website any info about you on your article, so that if he blindly copies your article, credit will go to you.
