    Hello Mods/members,

please help me. What we members should do if somebody is not paying for a completed task?

    Thanks.
PS:Have the that shows the guy telling 'I will transfer the service charge today'

The first thing is to PM the buyer/seller and see what’s happening, find out why he or she isn’t paying. You can leave a –Itrader if you wish, Mods don’t get involved in trades.

    Thanks Brian

I was asking for the same for the last 5 days. And I could see on his profile that he is online everyday.. Leaving a -ve trader won't get our payment right? :(

If other people had left –Itrader then maybe you wouldn’t have taken on the job in the first place. PM the member and tell him/her that you will be leaving one if it’s not sorted within a time frame.

    Thanks Brian

DigitalPoint won't get involved in these transactions, so any dispute you have is with the buyer. It all depends what the task was, in order to determine what steps to take next.

moderators here have nothing to do with trading - it's not their concern. you should ask for a % up front

of course in the real world, invoices are sent with 30 day terms on them, maybe you should practice this
