What to do if no bank account?

Can one get a paypal account without having a bank account? For instance could I get one and use it for receiving money to be used for buying things like domains, etc? Of course I wouldn't be able to withdrawl but that's totally fine

 

Hi, yes you can do that but there will be a limit for receiving and sending money so basically, you will need to add bank account at some point or the account will be useless.

you can have more than $100.. just a limit of sending $100.. meaning your sending process is limited. you can only send money to others all worth of $100.. but i think it's monthly..

yes.. get a vcc.. it's just $5 and your paypal will be verified instantly..

in other countries you can use VCC for verification of your Paypal Account which will lift your limits for the lifetime but be sure to use the original Information in paypal ..

u can recieve upto 500$ and send upto 100$ vcc are best option to get rid of the limits

 

I will get a credit card from China, but under my Chinese name. my paypal account is under my English name.
My question is that if it is possible to close the current account, and register a new account under my Chinese name.
My Chinese bank account is under my Chinese name too
