no amount is just $300 and i am from india and escrow ask many details...so i discarded escrow.. we use my site as payment medium. measn they purchase one product from my site..
Allways with PayPal if he is sending you the money for service or for goods he can fill a complaint with PayPal to get his money back if he does not receive the service or good. I do not know how is PayPal in India but here in Europe I can receive the money from PayPal sent as a gift (or personal payment). In this case the money can not be claimed back. What I recomend to you is that if he is sending you the money only as for service (or goods) to ask him to place in the memo of the money sent the following phrase: payment for .... (... is what you sold him). Now you should have a proof that you send him the object of the selling (in your case the site if I understood well) and this way even if he claims the money back you have the proof that you send the object of transaction to him and PayPal wont take the money you received from you.
Agree with valentin... just send an invoice to the buyer and make sure you state a clear sale term on the notes section.
