    I have completed computer science.Few months later then i thought of developing website and earning from it.working 4 about 1 months i published my site.As im not a expert in php and asp,i simply develped with html.

    I placed google adsense ads.thinking of earning money was hard to imagine from the results.My site was getting avg visitor of 10 user per day.:(
    And that to what no one was clicking ad.I tried to drive via adwords but its becoming costly as im not a expert.

    4 months have been past nothing in my pocket!

    N E SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEMS.:confused:

    selecting your niche is important, it is difficult to answer this question without knowing what your niche is. Did you reasearch this before you set up your site. Did you find out how much the average cost per click was for that specific niche? It could be that the niche you have targetted is just very low paying. Also you need to build backlinks to your site by commenting in relevant do follow blogs and forums

    It sounds like you got the computer skills, but not the marketing.

    If you want to see some quick money with the skills you have, go join some place like getacoder, scriptlance, and/or elance and start bidding on small job projects. That will make you money for what you do/know.

    As for attempting to make money online with your site, you have to remember the 80/20 rule.. 20% of your time should be on the site, and the other 80% in promotion.

    The niche topic as others said could be of consequence, but there are very few topics that cannot be monetized.

    Hope things turn around for you soon.

    Adsense IMO will never earn you alot of money, I know some make a good living on it but its not for me. You should look into some other type of affiliate program that tailors to Computers or something. Do reviews for new products like the latest Hard Drives and link them to your affiliate and try and make commissions.

    Just my two cents

    IMO = In My Opinion
    DP = Digital Point

    Commissions are easy if you get traffic and dont require any experience. You just signup at a site that has an affiliate program. For example newegg.com has a program where you earn 1-2% on all directed sales. So like I said if you did an article on the top 10 hard drives for 2008, linked them to new egg if someone clicked through and bought you make a commission. I am sure there are others or even better ones but just something quick to show my point.

    I would not use Adwords to drive traffic to a site that contains AdSense, I have read that it is against there TOS.

    4 months old! you may be sand boxed, keep updating the site by adding content, and be patient.
    Building a website is one thing, making money from it is another.
    The more time you spend reading forums like DP the more you will learn about building and maintaining a website.
    The more you learn, the better your site will get.
    The better it gets, the more visitors you get.
    The more visitors you get, the money you will make.
    But this takes time, be patient.

    Cheers
    James
