What To Do About Non Responsive Seller After Payment

    Hello,

    I did a quick search through the 1st 3 pages of the support but did not find my answer.

    I bought an auction through the marketplace using the instant pay through paypal. That was on Monday and I am still yet to receive the products. I think I have been patient enough with the seller, the last communication from him/her was I will send them in the next couple of hours and this was on Tuesday.

    My question is how does dispute work? Do I go through Paypal or DP?

    You must to be go through to the Paypal and give them a proof which you have done transaction against him/her.

    You can still be patient or alternatively you can launch your complaint via PayPal support.

    1. Go to PayPal and ask a complaint.
    2. I think the best idea is how to make people know that the seller is cheat. So, i think maybe moderator can give some punishment to the seller, you can ask him.
