what to do about illegal adds showing?

I have many adds show up that have phone numbers listed in them - this cant be legal. Customers will call them instead of clicking through.

I cant figure out how to contact Google about it?

If you don't want a particular type of ad to be displayed on your site, you can block the ads by using competitive filters in your adsense account...

 

okay, I found a place to make complaint.
This is on my product site and the advertiser is selling a service that we dont offer but goes hand in hand with what we sell. I dont want to filter them as they are not competitors

Filtering is the best way. I dont think providing phone number is against toc. Maximum what google will do is suggest you use filtering
