what to do about affiliate skimming?

I am promoting an affiliate program on one of my websites and I strongly believe they are skimming my commission. Last year they paid me about 50% of what their website reporting showed. I understand some refunds, but 50% seems like a lot. This year they have paid me less than 30% what their website shows. Their affiliate signup page lists a 7% conversion rate, but this year I have sent almost 800 clicks and have only been paid for 3 sales. The reporting shows that I am getting a reoccurring order every month, but I am never paid for that. My website is extremely relevant for this advertiser as I have a review about their product, as well as reviews for competing products. I am ranked #1 for the advertiser name + review and ranked just behind the advertiser for their name. So a lot of this traffic would be people looking specifically for this product.

I tried addressing this with the advertiser, but they just try to brush me off. My latest support ticket with them had the above numbers detailed, as well as info about each payment I received. Instead of a response to this ticket, they actually had the nerve to delete the ticket.

What would you do in this situation? Should I use that page to call them out about this situation? Or should I just stop promoting their product and use that page to push something else instead? It is tough to leave personal emotions out of it. So hopefully someone can give me some good advice before doing anything I might regret.

    Thanks.

I'd look for alternative networks to send your traffic to, there are always other options. Lack of support is the number 1 reason I've stopped working with certain networks.
