I've been selling a pc based auction sniper software for over 5 years and have about 7000 users. I've just launched a beta of a web based version I made which is free for the beta trials but will have fees once it's confirmed to work properly with many users which so far is going very well. Here are some ideas for fees I thought of, what do you think is best? -1% of winning bid with $0.25-$0.50 cent minimum -Fixed price like $5/month or $20/year for unlimited use (but this will push away bidders that only make occasional purchases) What do you think is best or do you have better ideas?
