I always do yoga in the morning and i think it is the best time to do it because our body and mind will be fresh at that time
Ideal time to do Yoga is in the morning... but it is not the only time to do so. One can practise it... as and when one can find free time to do it. The essence is in doing it regularly... rather than avoiding it due to busy schedule! Regards, RightMan
YOGA is best to do in morning. Why because our mind will be fresh and free of tensions in morning its better to do it in morning.
You can do yoga any time. But morning is the preferred one. Because in morning we are full of energy & joy. We feel free while doing yoga in morning.
Well...my response will be alittle more exotic or even technical. See, today's yoga isn't the yoga of old, the yoga that was practiced by the ancient. We have stripped down and forgotten its roots. The time of day was and should be determined by sacred traditions - these were the phases of the planets and their preceived energies. Different times of day meant different tides of energy called tattwas. There are many yogic exercises for certain hours of each day. One highly regarded ritual is performed in the morning as the sun is rising. There are many such rites or exercises in yoga and each is said to produce different effects on mind and body.
