Morning of course. I can't buy this that someone thinks afternoon is a better time to Exercise, no matter its yoga here...
if i do yoga i do it in the morning because then i have breakfast and go to work, and there i have no time and place for yoga) and i didn't hear about afternoon yoga at all...morning and evening - yes, but afternoon...in the afternoon you can't empty your mind, can't be free from the problems, so yoga is useless...
can it helpful if we do it in the after noon,with empty stomach please tell me,i know morning time is best but what about the others parts of the day.
