I find it beneficial any time of day - I think its what suits you - and when you feel you get the most benefit out of it. I like doing yoga in the evening at the end of a hectic day to help me relax and sleep better!!
for sure in the morning would be better, but there are guys like me that have all the muscles on the body so stiff/hard in the morning that it's just impossible to practice yoga in the morning... so in my case i practice in the evenings when i fell my muscles more flexible then i get tired with the yoga practice then have a better night of sleep namaste to all yoga friends
yes morning is the best time for yoga or you can do this in the evening also it will affect your health and you become more relax and healthy.
