Here lots of information.I think mornig is the best time for yoga.Because morning keeps mind fresh.This is the main reason.
Not sure but i don't mind watching others doing yoga at any time of day or night. Very relaxing indeed.

Well as far as my opinion is concerned, morning and evening is the best time for doing Yoga. Reason is that pollution is very low at that point of time. So one can maximize his benefit from yoga in these times.
