Of course in the morning. Who said it is afternoon? In fact when you do yoga in the morning, you increase your potential to do mental as well as physical hard work for the whole day. and by the way, if you do not have time (for some genuine reason, waking up late is no excuse ) in the morning, you can do any time in the day. but better if you do it at fixed time of the day daily. I frequently see people doing yoga in the morning and evening but I think it's better for doing this yoga in the morning because at that time, our air is still fresh compare doing in the evening. Just my 5 cents.

you have to do yoga early in the morning....its always benifical for ur health.....you feel fresh n healthy by doing yoga under proper guidence ...........
Early moring Yoga is always the best. But as its a form of exercise you can consider doing it even in the evening between 4 -6. But not anytime after 6... thats what my yoga master told
I always do yoga in the morning. It helps to focus the mind. I start with in-line skating at 6am, then do yoga to calm down from the excitement I experience during skating. I love yoga, it's really good.
yeah i completly agree wid u dude......after taking snacks or liquid ...we can not do yoga and other exercise ...otherwise its bad for health......

I've always heard morning is better because it gets your mind right. There are some people I know who do it at night to wind down for bed, though.
