What time does this forum go by? I need a mod to answer...

    I have an account here , which may remain nameless, the ban expires sep 29 at 4 PM , well its 8 PM here in EST

    I know it says GMT - 8 , however the time in GMT - 8 is 4 43 PM and im still not unbanned :(

    and i know your not supposed to make another account but i had to atleast be able to browse the forums..
