I usually go to sleep between 9pm and 4am, although I always wake up at 6:45am ( school :< ) I read that people only need 3 hours of sleep a day, so if I sleep less than that during night I just take a nap and I'm good!
I will wakeup at morning 8:00 clock and go for work at 10:30 and and will got to bed at the 12:00 clock and at during weekends i will wakeup at 10:00 clock.
