What things you would consider if you want to buy a site?

when you are buying an existence site, what things you will consider?

 

This is if I buy existence site :
1. name of domain
2. niche
3. unique article or not
4. rank of alexa and PR (if possible)

 

Age of the domain and if its not blacklisted by google.

Domain is very important factor for rank better in search result. Before buying a existing domain we should confirm first that this site is not penalize by search engine. Second things domain name should be related to our targeted keywords. Third things need check to back link if have through Yahoo Site Explorer. Fourth, PR, Alexa Rank, Domain Age etc..need to check before buy.

 

The first thing I consider in buying website is its PR and second thing is the revnue and the partner program with which the site makes money.

 

I would look for these qualitities:

The site is making decent money.
Good PR, unique content.
Site gets decent traffic.
Good web design.
Easy to maintain.
